This 2 story addition to a multi-level home was one of many projects that the customer wanted completed. We replaced all the windows in the existing house, updated the air conditioner and furnace, and updated all the millwork in the existing house with new 3 panel poplar doors and larger trim.

The addition itself has many very nice features. The main level consists of a ½ bath, beautiful fireplace with a stone surround and hearth, and an open family room that is also accented by a very nice wood french door the leads out to the backyard. We were able to have storage under 2 sets of stairs also. Upstairs you will be greeted by french doors leading you into a very nice master suite. The master suite includes a walk in closet, master bath, and another set of stairs that leads you down to an upstairs bedroom of the existing house.

The master bath is everything but ordinary. The tiled floor not only impresses your eyes, but comforts your feet with warmth from the in floor heat. Another nice touch to the bathroom is the tiled shower, with a built-in shelve and corner bench. The custom double sink vanity, designer mirrors, lighting, and large linen closet put the finishing touches on the rest of the bathroom. This remodel gave the customer the extra room and necessary updates they wanted to make the years ahead that much more enjoyable.
